Shiamでは主に淡水パールと貝パールを使用しています。
貝パールとは？
Shiamが使用している国産貝パール(Shell-Pearl)は本物を追求した人工真珠で、原珠には本真珠の養殖に使われているものと同質の"天然貝核"が用いられています。
この原珠に"パールエッセンス"や"真珠箔"と呼ばれる塗料を何度も塗り重ねて作った真珠層によって"
てり"と呼ばれる真珠特有の柔らかな輝きが生み出されています。
貝パールは本真珠と比べ、汗・皮脂や傷に強く、耐久性に優れるうえ、本真珠同様の適度な重みにより見た目がとても自然です。
また日本における人工真珠の歴史は古く、昔から変わらない木枠を使った製法で作られる国産の貝パールは"伝統工芸品"とも称されています。
WHAT IS THE SHELL PEARL?
The “ Shell Pearl ” is a kind of imitation paerls from JAPAN.
Generally imitation pearl with mother of pearl layer is called artificial
pearls, among them
original globe which is made of natural shellfish is called as “Shell
Pearl”.
Manufacturing of artificial pearl in Japan has a long history.
The domestic Shell pearl manufacturing method using wooden frame has not changed
for long years
and it called “Traditional Art Work”.
High-quality Shell pearl is made by polishing up by handwork of the craftsman
and it has more
brightness and resembled a mother of pearl features compared with ordinary Shell
pearl.

14kgfとは
ハンドメイドで製作しているシリーズでは14KGFを使用しています。
ゴールドフィルドとは素材（真鍮）に金の層を高熱と圧力で圧着させたものです。
商品総重量の1/20以上が14金であるもののみ、14/20K（14KGF）ゴールドフィルド（金張り）と認められます。
金メッキよりはるかに厚い層で作られているため長時間使用していても剥げてくることはほとんどありません。
WHAT IS THE 14K GOLD FILLED (14KGF)?
The 14k Gold Filled is an actual thick layer of 14K gold that has been bonded to
a
base
core
of brass for strength.
This is called Gold Filled, a layer of gold that is crimped to the brass with
high
heat
and
pressure, the gold content is guaranteed to at least 1/20th weight of the total
piece
unlike
thin regular brass with gold plated jewelry.

アフターケア方法
ハンドメイドジュエリーはとてもデリケートですので、強い力が加わらないようお取扱には十分ご注意ください。
使用後は研磨剤の付いていない柔らかい布などで皮脂などを拭いて下さい。
チェーン部分などのゴールド部分は、液体のゴールド専用洗浄液などに少しつけて水洗いして頂くと、汚れが落ち、輝きが戻ります。
しかしパールは洗浄液使用禁止なので、洗浄液が付かないようご注意下さい。
Please be careful to take care the handmade jewelry.
To maintain the beauty of your jewelry, whether it is gold filled or solid gold.
Saltwater, chlorine (swimming pools) and all heavy detergents and cleaning agents should
be avoided.
If 14kgf becomes tarnished as a result of discoloration or oxidation, please use a
silver cloth and wipe the jewelry in one direction. This should restore luster to the
14kgf.
To avoid oxidation, when not wearing, wrap your 14kgf jewelry in tissue papers and put
it in a plastic zipper bag.
